The Alarm Lock Trilogy DL5300/26D is a double-sided digital electronic lock designed for controlled access through a programmable keypad on both sides of the door. Double-Sided Keypad Access

The DL5300 features programmable keypads on both sides of the door. Programming user codes on one side automatically applies to the other side, simplifying setup for double-sided access applications.

The lock supports multiple user levels, including master, manager, supervisor, and basic users. PIN codes can be configured using 3 to 6 digits.

Access Scheduling and Audit Trail

The DL5300 supports up to 500 scheduled events and maintains an audit trail of up to 40,000 events. Multiple one-time user codes can also be programmed for temporary or service access.

Depending on the programming configuration, the lock can provide scheduled access functions and maintain records of access activity for review through compatible Alarm Lock programming equipment.

Key Override

The standard key override is operable from the primary side of the lock. The key cylinder on the secondary side is used for removing the lever and accessing the battery compartment rather than operating the latch.

Battery-Powered Operation

The DL5300 operates using five AA alkaline batteries. The current product specification rates the supplied batteries for up to 120,000 cycles and includes audible low-battery notification along with visual and audible entry indicators.

Grade 1 Cylindrical Construction

The lock incorporates a rugged clutch mechanism and Grade 1 heavy-duty cylindrical lock construction. The reversible latch bolt provides installation flexibility, while the non-handed design allows the lock to be installed on either door handing.

Installation and Compatibility

The DL5300/26D is designed for doors measuring 1-5/8 to 1-7/8 inches thick and uses a standard 2-3/4-inch backset. A 2-3/8-inch backset is also available when specified at the time of ordering.

The lock uses standard ANSI A115 cylindrical door preparation with additional through-bolt holes. Because this is a double-sided lock, verify door thickness, backset, door preparation, and clearance on both sides before installation.
