The AMSEC AM3020 Plus Home Safe combines fire-rated construction, electronic access, and organized interior storage in a compact design for residential and office use. It features a 12-gauge steel body, 1/4-inch solid steel plate door, five chrome-plated locking bolts, and a 45-minute ETL fire rating at 1,200°F.
The AM3020 Plus is finished in semi-gloss white and features a quilted brown faux-leather interior, two adjustable shelves, and motion-activated interior lighting. Its ESL10 electronic lock with backlit keypad provides electronic access, while four pre-drilled anchor holes allow the safe to be secured to a suitable mounting surface.

Fire-Rated Construction
The AM3020 Plus has an ETL-certified 45-minute fire rating at 1,200°F. Fire-rated drywall insulation and a heat-activated Palusol door seal are incorporated into the safe's construction to help limit the effects of heat and smoke during a fire.
Steel Security Construction
The safe uses a 12-gauge solid steel body and a 1/4-inch solid steel plate door. Five 1.25-inch diameter chrome-plated locking bolts are arranged in a three-way configuration. The electronic lock provides controlled access through a backlit keypad.
The AM3020 Plus is also California DOJ approved for its residential burglary-security requirements, according to the manufacturer.
Organized Interior Storage
The interior features a quilted brown faux-leather finish with double stitching and two adjustable shelves. Motion-activated interior lighting helps illuminate the storage area when the safe is opened.
Anchoring
Four pre-drilled anchor holes are built into the base of the safe for securing it to an appropriate mounting surface. Proper anchoring hardware should be selected based on the installation surface and application.
