The Alarm Lock Trilogy Networx PDL6500CRL-10B is a wireless digital mortise lock that combines PIN-code and HID proximity credential access in a Grade 1 mortise lock platform. This left-hand model features a straight lever and Duronodic finish with a classroom-function mortise lock body.

Designed for networked access control, the PDL6500 series communicates wirelessly with a Networx gateway, allowing authorized users, schedules, and audit information to be managed without programming each lock individually at the door. The lock can also be programmed locally through its built-in keypad.

PIN and Proximity Access

The PDL6500 combines keypad and proximity access in one lock. Users can be assigned PIN credentials, HID proximity credentials, or configured access methods according to the requirements of the installation. The built-in HID proximity reader supports compatible proximity cards and key fobs.

Networx Wireless Networking

Networx technology allows the lock to communicate with a central computer through compatible gateway equipment. This provides centralized management of users, schedules, and audit information while reducing the need to visit individual doors for routine programming and audit-trail retrieval.

Networx systems can support up to 2,000 locks and communicate using Ethernet-connected or 802.11b/g wireless gateway infrastructure. The system also supports remote management when properly configured on the facility's network.

Access Management

The Trilogy platform supports multiple levels of user access and scheduled locking functions. The system can maintain event records and provide access-control information through compatible Alarm Lock software.

Alarm Lock DL-WINDOWS software supports programming and management of Trilogy and Trilogy Networx locks from a Windows-based computer. Compatible gateway and network equipment is required for centralized Networx operation.

Durable Mortise Lock Construction

The PDL6500 uses a Grade 1 mortise lock body with a classroom function. The supplied configuration includes a straight lever and Duronodic finish. The lock body is designed for standard ANSI A115 mortise preparation with additional through-bolt holes required for installation.

Weather-Resistant Design

Trilogy Networx mortise locks are designed for indoor and outdoor applications and have a broad operating temperature range. The PDL6500 series is weather-resistant and can operate in temperatures from approximately -31°F to 151°F (-35°C to 66°C).

Battery Operation

The lock operates on four C-cell batteries, eliminating the need for hardwired power at the door. Battery status can be monitored through the Networx system, with low-battery indicators provided at the lock.
